The Association would like to provide an update on the FHA status for Oldfield at Grant Park. The necessary paperwork for renewal has been submitted and barring any further issues, the approval should be effective within the next week.
We apologize for any inconvenience this lapse may have caused but unfortunately this is yet another area that CMA failed to maintain. We have successfully transitioned to Team Management and Bill Wetter, CEO and his team are staying on top of all issues and making sure that all are being addressed expeditiously.
We will keep Oldfield updated as soon as new information is received. Thank you in advance for your consideration and patience in this matter.
