The Oldfield at Grant Park Association has entered into a leasing management contract with Team Management in an effort to alleviate some concerns voiced by Oldfield residents as well as t ensure the fidelity of leasing contracts. Homeowners are not being charged for the privilege to lease their unit; rather the charge covers the work put into administering the lease information, keeping track of lease renewals and tenant information updates. Additionally, this contract allows Team management to monitor and take necessary actions against illegally leased units which affect the ability to grant more open lease permits to other homeowners. The amount of $150 was determined by the Board and Team Management which is 40% less than most community administrative lease fees including CMA.
The Oldfield at Grant Park is in closed leasing status at this time. If you would like to lease your Unit, please contact your property manager to be placed on a waiting list for a lease permit. If you are currently leasing your Unit, please ensure that you comply with the stipulations outlined in the condominium documents. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your lease permit, possible fines to your account or eviction of your tenant.
