Answer To Your Questions About January HOA Dues!
Greetings and Happy New Year! With the start of 2014, we have begun transitioning to Team Management as our new property management company and are very excited about working with them over the next 12 months.
At this time, we are still awaiting more information from Team Management regarding HOA payments moving forward. Team Management is still working with CMA to complete the transition process of all association records, financials and bank accounts. As soon as this has been completed, Team Management will share payment information and contact information for our new property manager with all homeowners on record. Currently, we expect everything to be in Team Management's possession by January 12th.
We will notify you as soon as we have additional information however, January payments will not be considered late as long as they are received by January 31, 2014. Thank you in advance for your understanding and patience in this matter.
